Computational Analysis of Humanitarian News (Funded by the German Research Foundation, DFG)

Project overview

This project draws on a decade-long corpus of over one million humanitarian news articles developed by the University of Edinburgh team, developing and employing natural language processing and network analysis methods to examine journalistic practices across political and media systems in the context of humanitarian crises.
